Awards: 

Shingo Prize

Dr. Pauline Found was a recent recipient of the Shingo Prize. Cogent Power wanted to better compete in a global marketplace and this required being able to outperform low-cost economies. Dr Pauline Found from Cardiff Business School developed a business model with Cogent for sustainable improvement when implementing the principles of Lean Thinking

ARCOM Best Paper Award

Dr. Jon Gosling, Prof. Denis Towill, Prof. Mohamed Naim won, for the third year running, the Association of Researchers in Construction Management, Rod Howes Commerative Award for Innovation.

Anglo-Thai Society Awards for Academic Excellence in a PhD Programme

Dr. Pairach Piboonrungroj won the Anglo-Thai Society Awards for Academic Excellence in a PhD Programme.  He won the Humanity and Social Science category, sponsored by ThaiBev International.
